Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary, located in Borivali, Mumbai. The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, managing board meetings, maintaining company records, and drafting necessary documentation. The individual will liaise with stakeholders to ensure governance standards are met, assist in the preparation of statutory reports, and provide strategic advice on legal and procedural matters.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of company laws, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance
Proficiency in drafting agendas, resolutions, reports, and legal documents
Communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with stakeholders and managing board meetings
Organizational and time management skills to maintain company records and meet deadlines
A degree in Company Secretary (CS) and membership in the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Proficiency in MS Office and relevant legal software will be an asset
