Paralegal; U.S. Litigation

Position: Paralegal (U.S. Litigation Experience Required)
Location: Prakāshamnagar

We are seeking an experienced  Paralegal  with  near-native English proficiency  and  hands-on U.S. litigation experience . This role requires practical, end-to-end involvement in legal processes—not just document review.

What we're looking for:

Near-native written and spoken English
Proven  U.S. legal experience  (mandatory)
Strong experience preparing and serving legal process, including:
Complaints
Writs of garnishment
Subpoenas and related litigation documents
Familiarity with court filings, service of process, and litigation workflows
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and follow detailed legal instructions

Important note:

This role is  not  suitable for candidates whose experience is limited to document review only. We're specifically looking for someone who has actively supported litigation matters from preparation through service and follow-up.
