We are looking for a highly experienced MSSQL/MSBI /Power BI Engineer to lead the offshore team. The Team Lead Engineer should have already gained 'hands-on' experience in application analysis, design, development, and database support  for a complex MSSQL application .

The candidate needs to be passionate in designing complex MSSQL solutions & getting the optimum output from their team of Senior MSSQL/MSBI/Power BI Developers.
You must have demonstrable experience in aspects of:
Irrespective of your designation/experience this role requires you to code for complex solutions
Highly experienced in Functional & able to articulate into a Technical Design.
Highly experienced in performance and resilience related architecture and design activities
Highly experienced in MSSQL, MSBI (SSIS, SSRS) - up to 2017 & higher versions including complex SSIS
Experience in Power BI - design, modelling, admin, manage reports & dashboards.
Highly experienced in database and Data warehouse concepts including complex database design
Must have worked for long term in previous organizations.
Must be involved from E2E in the project life cycle.
Must have skills debugging, troubleshoot, and advise efficient solutions.
Must coordinate with multiple teams (stake holders, business, and other technical teams).
Must be able to write/rewrite/understand complex code. Should also think of automating the process.
Must have detailed business analysis experience
Constructive result-oriented discussions with client & team. Evolve according to the business model.
Lead the offshore team, responsible for any project deliverables/discussions in client's absence.
Responsible for the engineering of IT solutions to meet Business requirements
Experience in task management & mentoring team members on both business/technical areas.
Must do Peer code reviews, testing scenarios/scripts, and deployment plan documents.
Must do code Deployments & manage different project environments (Dev/QA/Production).
Good to have knowledge in SAP, or any similar ERP system knowledge
Good to have knowledge on Info River & Denodo tools.

You will be involved in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle, thinking end to end.

. Business analysis to be able to identify the most effective solution
. Provide expert input into all aspects of the lifecycle from early life through to production support
. Accountable for Detailed Functional & Technical Design
. Engineering of Software solutions, including design & code reviews
. Understanding the business impact of technical problems
. Proactively contributing to the evolution of Software engineering.
. Quickly understanding problems and provide root cause analysis and resolution
. Liaising with internal staff, to provide support & resolution, via our Ticket system
