Requirement:
We are seeking skilled Technical Recruiters with 3–5 years of experience in end-to-end technical hiring to join our team. The ideal candidates should possess a strong understanding of technology roles, sourcing strategies, and the ability to manage recruitment processes efficiently.

Key Requirements  :
3–5 years Proven experience in  IT recruitment within the Indian market
Strong  sourcing, stakeholder management , and  negotiation skills
Clear, confident communication and the ability to  work independently  in a remote setup
Familiarity with  Data, AI, or Quality Engineering  hiring is a strong plus

What You'll Do :
Manage  end-to-end technical recruitment  — from sourcing to offer stage
Build and maintain  strong candidate pipelines  while delivering within timelines
Partner closely with  business and technology leaders  to understand hiring needs and priorities
Leverage  India-focused sourcing platforms  (Linked In, Naukri, Hirist, etc.) to identify top talent
