Job Description:

Key Skill:

• Experience, including systems/applications development and support, business systems analysis, systems project management, implementation and support of the SAP Enterprise systems

• Hands-on experience with IS-U FICA implementation.

• Experience with all phases of an implementation including business process blueprint, detailed design, configuration, testing, cutover, and support

• Detailed configuration experience in various IS-U FICA components: o Installment plan o Dunning by Collection Strategy and Procedure o Payment plan/Smooth pay o External Collection agencies o Security Deposit o Credit Worthiness o Payment Extension/Deferral o Return Processing o Collection Agencies o Clearing Rules o Write-Off / Write-Back

• Very good knowledge of integration of IS-U FICA with GL & SD modules.

• One implementation /migration life cycle for S/4

HANA will be recommended.

• Understanding of other integrated areas of SAP IS-U e.g. Billing & Invoicing and Customer Service (CS) is also expected.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support for S/4

HANA Migration Project will be required.

• Responsible for supporting End Users on work related to SAP IS U-FICA module.

• Responsibilities would also include new configuration and mapping of new business
• requirement in SAP.

• Implementation and enhancement of SAP IS-U FI-CA functionalities as per business

• requirements raised.

• Interact closely with end-users to improve adoption and uncover opportunities for

• enhancements and innovations.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Education Qualifications

B.E/B.Tech (IT/CS), MCA, M. Tech, MBA Professional Qualifications (if any , Preferred but not Mandatory)

• Certification from SAP Education
