At Danush, we're dedicated to delivering exceptional IT infrastructure and Managed Services support. We're looking for a proactive L1 Technician (Desktop Support) to join our team and provide frontline IT support to our esteemed clients.

Role Highlights:
Provide first-line support for desktops and laptops (Windows & macOS).
Basic installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of OS, software, and hardware.
Address and resolve basic network connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi).
Maintain detailed IT asset inventory, manage asset tagging, and documentation.
Assist with user account management, access rights, and password resets.
Conduct routine preventive maintenance and ensure system updates and antivirus compliance.

Who You Are:
Passionate about IT support with strong troubleshooting skills.
Familiar with basic hardware diagnostics and software installations.
Comfortable with basic networking concepts and asset management.
Detail-oriented, organized, and effective communicator.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 years of experience in IT helpdesk or desktop support.
Knowledge of Windows and macOS troubleshooting, Microsoft Office, antivirus software.
Basic networking skills (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi).
ITI, Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Compensation:
Upto 3.60 LPA
