In this role, you%27ll be part of Genpact%27s transformation under Genpact Next, as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutions RTR domain-specific, autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. You%27ll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite, Genpact S2P Suite, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines.
We are expanding our Product Management team and looking for Subject Matter Experts to be part of our team developing our next-generation AI-first SaaS products. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment and grow within the Product Management domain.
Responsibilities
.Responsible and ownership for the product roadmap alongside Product Management Leads
.Engage with and support overall Product Build to ensure domain proficiency in our offerings
.Respond effectively on capabilities of product/s in response to
oSolutioning efforts (hunting & mining) e.g. RFX, pro-active proposals
oAnalyst surveys (e.g. Everest, HfS, IDC etc)
.Responsible to script the narrative and orchestrate the flow for demos, train the demo jockeys on the storyline for clients hold the use case scenarios within the demos
.Support the orchestration efforts for client visits in terms of storyline, demo plan, coaching the demo jockeys
.Responsible alongside Product Management Leads for direction and inputs to Strategy on go to market, R&D estimates
.Daily engagement with Service Lines and Lean Digital Transformation teams to absorb, contribute to gain and also stay latest to domain proficiency
.Participate and represent, evangelize Genpact products in events like AI Day, Analyst Day and other critical forums like FOCUS and also external events (Analyst webinars etc)
Broad Responsibilities:
.Collaborate closely with Product Managers to:
odefine and articulate product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
odevelop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business impact and customer satisfaction
odefine metrics to measure the success of products and make data-driven decisions to iterate and improve
odevelop go-to-market strategies and work with marketing and sales teams to drive product adoption and growth
.Integral part of team of teams which:
oConduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions
oCollaborate (product managers, engineering, design, marketing, sales and other teams) to take products from concept to launch

Minimum Qualifications
.Exposure to latest tools and technologies in the RTR domain
.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
