We're hiring:
Business Development Specialist (3–7 years)

We're looking for someone who knows how to spot the right prospects, engage them with confidence, and fuel a high-performing sales pipeline in an IT services environment.

What you'll do

Here's the thing: this role is about impact, not busywork.

Identify and research potential clients using Linked In, Sales Navigator, online platforms, and databases
Qualify leads thoughtfully, focusing on fit, intent, and long-term value
Work closely with the sales team to align on target markets, ICPs, and outreach strategy
Drive outbound outreach through clear, personalized, and persuasive communication
Keep CRM data clean, current, and meaningful
Track market trends, competitors, and new lead-generation tools to stay ahead
Continuously refine your approach to improve response rates and conversions

What we're looking for

3–7 years of hands-on experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales
Mandatory experience in an IT services or software services company
Strong working knowledge of Linked In Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and lead-gen platforms
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to engage decision-makers
Sharp research and analytical skills to identify high-quality prospects
Self-driven, energetic, and comfortable owning targets
Adaptable mindset and curiosity to evolve with changing markets
