Role

Summary:

We are looking for an experienced  Director of Product  to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our AI-powered SaaS platform. In this role, you will drive the end-to-end product direction, lead AI and LLM-based innovations, and build a high-performing product organisation that delivers scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.

You will operate at the intersection of business, technology, and customer needs—partnering closely with Engineering, Data Science, GTM teams, and Executive Leadership to shape product strategy and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and own the  product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap .
Lead the development of  AI and LLM-driven product capabilities .
Build, mentor, and manage a  high-performing product team .
Drive SaaS platform growth aligned with business and customer outcomes.
Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data Science on execution.
Translate customer and market insights into scalable platform features.
Establish success metrics and ensure strong product performance.
Represent Product in executive, customer, and strategic discussions.

Mandatory Skills &

Qualifications:

10–15+ years of experience  in Product Management, preferably in  B2B SaaS / AI platforms .
Proven track record of  building and scaling SaaS products and teams .
Strong expertise in  AI/ML systems and LLM-based products .
Working knowledge of  SQL and data-driven product analytics .
Experience defining product strategy at an  organisation or platform level .
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Ability to balance  strategic thinking with hands-on execution .
