JD:
Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business requirements.
Configure entities, forms, workflows, business rules, and dashboards in Dynamics 365.
Develop custom plugins, workflows, and integrations using C#, .NET, and JavaScript.
Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise applications and services (e.g., Power BI, SharePoint, Azure).
Customize and extend the CRM platform using Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps).
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM performance, data integrity, and system errors.
Maintain CRM security roles, permissions, and user access controls.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM features and best practices.
