Role Overview
The Technology & Transformation Lead is responsible for defining and driving the
organization’s digital and technology transformation strategy. This role partners with
cross‑functional teams to modernize systems, streamline processes, and deploy innovative
solutions that enhance efficiency, scalability, and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Technology Strategy & Roadmap
∙Develop and execute the digital transformation and technology roadmap.
∙Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to support business growth.
Transformation Program Leadership
∙Lead end‑to‑end delivery of transformation initiatives across functions.
∙Establish project governance, KPIs, and progress reporting mechanisms.
Process Optimization & Automation
∙Identify inefficiencies and implement automation and workflow improvements.
∙Drive process standardization using modern tools and platforms.
Technology Implementation & Integration
∙Oversee implementation of enterprise applications and digital systems.
∙Ensure seamless integration between new and existing technologies.
Change Management & Adoption
∙Build change management plans to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
∙Conduct trainings, communication plans, and post‑implementation checkpoints.
Data & Insights Enablement
∙Improve data governance, quality, and analytics capabilities.
∙Partner with analytics teams to enable decision‑support dashboards.
Risk, Compliance & Security
∙Ensure all transformation initiatives adhere to compliance and security standards.
∙Proactively identify risks and execute mitigation strategies.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
∙Manage technology vendors, consultants, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
∙Ensure delivery against SLAs and alignment with business objectives.
Leadership & Team Development
∙Lead and mentor transformation/project teams.
∙Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Key KPIs
∙On‑time, on‑budget project delivery
∙Process improvements and automation-driven efficiency gains
∙User adoption and satisfaction scores
∙System performance and reliability metrics
∙Data quality and analytics utilization
∙Cost savings and ROI from transformation initiatives
∙Vendor SLA performance and governance outcomes
Qualifications
∙Bachelor’s or Master’s in Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
∙8–12+ years of experience in technology transformation, digital strategy, or IT
leadership.
∙Strong expertise in managing cross‑functional transformation programs.
∙Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
∙Knowledge of automation tools, cloud platforms, ERP systems, and analytics
solutions.
