Senior Network Engineer

Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled  Senior Network Engineer  with strong hands‑on expertise in  Citrix  and  AWS . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing complex network environments while ensuring high availability, performance, and security. This role requires deep technical knowledge, strong troubleshooting abilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively across IT, cloud, and security teams.

Roles & Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and manage enterprise network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, VPN, and firewalls.
Lead Citrix infrastructure setup, configuration, and support (Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, Netscaler, Store Front, Workspace).
Manage and optimize cloud networking on AWS (VPC, Direct Connect, Transit Gateway, Route
53, Security Groups, NACLs).
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex network, Citrix, and cloud connectivity issues.
Ensure network and application availability, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
Implement and maintain network security best practices including ACLs, firewalls, and encryption protocols.
Create and maintain network diagrams, documentation, and configuration standards.
Collaborate with cloud, systems, and security teams to support end‑to‑end infrastructure improvements.
Drive automation and optimization initiatives for network and cloud operations.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers.

Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
3–5 years of hands‑on experience  in network engineering or related roles.
Strong expertise in  Citrix  technologies (Virtual Apps & Desktops, Citrix ADC/Netscaler).
Proficient in  AWS networking —VPCs, subnets, routing, load balancers, security groups, IAM, and cloud connectivity.
Solid understanding of routing, switching, TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, NAT, and subnetting.

Experience with firewalls, switches, and load balancers (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, etc.).
Knowledge of network monitoring and diagnostics tools.
Relevant certifications preferred (Citrix, AWS Solutions Architect/Networking, CCNP, CCNA).
Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
