Executive Assistant - AI Savvy

Job Description:

We are looking for a  highly intelligent, tech-savy Executive Assistant  who is deeply comfortable with  AI tools, automation, prompt engineering, and digital workflows.

This is  NOT  a traditional admin/secretarial role.

We need someone who understands how to use  AI as a productivity multiplier , not just someone who knows basic ChatGPT usage.

Role Overview :
You will work directly with leadership and:
Use AI tools to draft reports, summaries, emails, presentations
Create structured prompts for research & analysis
Automate repetitive workflows
Manage data and documentation digitally
Research markets, competitors, policies using AI tools
Organize digital systems & reporting dashboards
Improve productivity using AI & automation

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
Ability to write structured, effective prompts
Knowledge of AI use cases in business & productivity
Excellent documentation & research skills
Strong logical thinking & structured communication
Tech-comfortable and fast learner
Proficiency in Excel, Docs, Presentation tools

Who Should NOT Apply
Traditional EA with only scheduling experience.
Candidates who have “used ChatGPT a few times”.
Non-tech-savvy profiles
