Job Summary:

Chandigarh University is seeking a performance-driven Ads Manager to lead and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms. The role involves planning, executing, monitoring, and scaling paid campaigns to drive admissions, brand visibility, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), You Tube, Linked In, and other relevant platforms.
Develop data-driven strategies to increase quality lead generation for admissions.
Optimize campaigns regularly to improve CTR, reduce CPL, and maximize ROI.
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
Manage advertising budgets effectively and ensure cost efficiency.
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tracking platforms.
Coordinate with the creative team for ad copies, banners, videos, and landing pages.
Monitor competitor advertising strategies and industry trends.
Ensure proper tracking setup (UTM, pixels, conversion tracking).

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
5–6 years of experience in performance marketing or paid advertising (EdTech experience preferred).
Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
Experience in lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle large advertising budgets.

Preferred

Skills:

Knowledge of CRM integration and marketing automation.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Experience in managing admission-focused campaigns is an added advantage.
