Senior Data Analyst

Location: Prakāshamnagar

Role Overview We are looking for a  Senior Data Analyst  who can turn complex data into actionable insights and guide data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role requires strong statistical expertise, hands-on programming skills, and deep experience with Google Cloud data tools.

Key Responsibilities  Lead advanced data analysis using statistical and machine-learning techniques
Design, build, and optimize analytical datasets using  SQL  and  Big Query
Apply statistical modeling and hypothesis testing using  R ,  Python , and  Sci Py
Develop predictive and descriptive models using  Tensor Flow  and Python libraries
Partner with business, product, and engineering teams to translate requirements into analytical solutions
Create dashboards, reports, and insights for executive and operational stakeholders
Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across datasets
Mentor junior analysts and review analytical work for quality and accuracy
Required

Skills & Qualifications  4+ years of experience in data analytics or data science
Strong proficiency in  SQL  and  Python
Hands-on experience with  R ,  Sci Py , and statistical analysis techniques
Solid experience with  Google Cloud Platform (GCP)  tools:
Big Query
Tensor Flow
Google Datalab / Notebooks
Strong understanding of statistics, probability, and data modeling
Experience working with large, complex datasets
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain insights to non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have  

Experience with ML pipelines and model deployment
Exposure to data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
Prior experience in cloud-native or AI-driven environments
