Role Overview
We are hiring a  Dev Ops Engineer  to join our Infrastructure team and help operate, improve, and evolve our Azure-based platform. This is an engineer who is comfortable owning production systems, applying Dev Ops principles in practice, and collaborating closely with software engineering teams.
You will focus on  automation, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and system reliability , while partnering with senior engineers on larger architectural decisions and long-term platform direction.
What You'll Do
Operate and improve cloud infrastructure in  Microsoft Azure , including compute, networking, and storage.
Design, implement, and maintain  Infrastructure as Code (IaC)  using  Terraform  and/or  ARM/Bicep .
Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot  containerized applications on Kubernetes (AKS) .
Build and enhance  CI/CD pipelines  using  Azure Dev Ops , emphasizing reliability, repeatability, and fast feedback.
Collaborate with application teams to improve deployment workflows and developer experience.
Monitor system health, performance, and availability using tools such as  Datadog, Grafana, or Azure Monitor .
Identify operational risks and proactively implement improvements to reliability and scalability.
Apply security best practices across infrastructure, pipelines, and runtime environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, staging, and production systems.
Participate in on-call or operational support rotations as needed.
Contribute to documentation, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications
3–6 years of experience  as a Dev Ops, Platform, or Infrastructure Engineer.
Strong understanding of  Dev Ops principles , including:
CI/CD
Infrastructure as Code
Automation
Observability and monitoring
Reliability and availability
1+ years of hands-on experience  operating production workloads in  Microsoft Azure .
1+ years of hands-on experience  deploying and managing applications on  Kubernetes  (AKS strongly preferred).

Experience with  Docker  and containerized application workflows.
Proficiency in one or more scripting languages such as  Python, Bash, or Power Shell .
Experience monitoring and troubleshooting production systems.
Ability to work independently on well-defined problems while collaborating with senior engineers on broader initiatives.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have

Experience with  SQL Server  and data or analytics platforms such as  Microsoft Fabric .
Familiarity with additional cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) in a secondary capacity.
Experience supporting  microservices-based architectures .
Exposure to regulated or security-sensitive environments.
Azure certifications (e.g.,  Microsoft Certified: Azure Dev Ops Engineer Expert ).
