We are expanding our Operations team in Hyderabad and looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Resource Manager to support effective project delivery and workforce planning.
Responsibilities
Support effective project delivery and workforce planning.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in resource management, workforce planning, or operations in a services/consulting environment.
Required Skills
Proficiency with resource management systems.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
Proficiency with Kantata.
Experience working with Microsoft or Microsoft partners.
Understanding of professional services delivery models.
Exposure to project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall).
