Project Manager-IT Software

Location: Prakāshamnagar

Description   We are seeking an experienced Project Manager-IT Software to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have 7-15 years of experience in managing software projects, demonstrating a strong ability to lead teams and deliver high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities    Plan, execute, and deliver IT software projects on time and within budget.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among members.
Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement.

Skills and Qualifications    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA degree is preferable.
Proven experience in project management, particularly in IT software development.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
