Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Delivery Manager to lead the Hyderabad delivery team while working with colleagues across the UK to ensure seamless global execution.

This role will champion the functions, driving operational, compliance, and

continuous innovation.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical proficiency, and a client-first approach, while effectively managing team dynamics, boosting morale, and transforming processes through automation and best

practices.

Key Responsibilities

You will be based in Hyderabad and reporting to Director - Delivery
Manage and mentor the Hyderabad delivery team of approximately 30-40 FTEs, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement to meet operational excellence
You will work seamlessly with colleagues across the UK to ensure alignment of goals, seamless coordination, and consistent delivery standards.
Act as the delivery champion for ensuring strict adherence to Experian's methodologies, governance frameworks, and quality benchmarks.
Continuously identify process gaps, implement improvements, and drive compliance to enhance efficiency and maintain robust delivery practices.
Establish project councils, monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining transparency with stakeholders.
Lead initiatives to modernize workflows by spotting opportunities for automation and efficiency gains, driving innovation across delivery processes.
Apply technical expertise to support delivery excellence, with preferred experience in SQL and Python to enable data-driven decision-making and process optimization.
Leverage domain knowledge in credit bureau, financial data, or related areas to strengthen delivery quality and provide informed solutions to clients.
Maintain a client-first approach in all interactions and deliverables, ensuring that customer success and satisfaction remain at the core of every project.
Drive team engagement through career development, recognition programs, and collaborative initiatives that build morale.

Qualifications

12+ years of relevant Industry experience
Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field.
Proven experience in delivery management or project leadership roles.
Technical proficiency in SQL and Python (preferred).
Knowledge of credit bureau or financial data domain (preferred).
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and structured project lifecycle management.
Strong project management capabilities with exceptional documentation skills.
