About the Role
We are hiring an Oracle Net Suite Techno-Functional Consultant who can bridge business requirements and technical execution.
This role requires strong hands-on experience in Net Suite configuration, customization, and integrations, along with a solid understanding of core ERP business processes.
You will work closely with client stakeholders, solution architects, and developers to deliver end-to-end Net Suite implementations and ongoing enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Responsibilities:
Lead requirement gathering and solution design for Net Suite implementations
Configure and optimize Net Suite modules including:
Financials (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets)
Order-to-Cash
Procure-to-Pay
Inventory & Supply Chain
Design workflows, approvals, and business rules
Prepare functional specifications, solution documents, and user training materials
Support UAT, go-live, and post-implementation support
Technical Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain customizations using Suite Script (2.0 / 2.1)
Build and manage:
Workflows
Saved searches
Custom records and fields
Reports and dashboards
Design and implement integrations using REST / SOAP APIs
Support data migration, imports, and system integrations
Troubleshoot system issues and optimize Net Suite performance
Requirements
Required Skills &
Qualifications:
4+ years of hands-on Oracle Net Suite experience
Proven techno-functional expertise (configuration + development)
Strong understanding of ERP and accounting principles
Experience working with US / global clients
Ability to work independently in an offshore delivery model
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Nice to Have:
Net Suite certifications (Administrator, Consultant, Developer)
Experience with multi-subsidiary and multi-currency setups
Exposure to Suite Cloud Platform
Prior experience in managed services or long-term support engagements
