Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant

About the Role
We are looking for a  Senior Functional Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)  with  10+ years of experience  in delivering enterprise CRM solutions. In this role, you will lead the functional design and delivery of Dynamics 365 CE implementations, empowering organizations to enhance customer relationships and drive digital transformation through Microsoft’s business applications ecosystem.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into innovative, scalable solutions that align with Microsoft best practices.

Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle implementation projects for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service).
Conduct discovery sessions, requirements analysis, and fit-gap assessments with business stakeholders.
Design and document end-to-end functional solutions leveraging Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities.
Configure, test, and deploy CE solutions ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.
Partner with technical consultants to deliver seamless integrations and extensions.
Drive user adoption through training, change management, and ongoing solution enhancement.
Stay informed on Microsoft’s product roadmap to advise clients on emerging technologies and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of experience  in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM implementations, including at least 5 years in a senior or lead consultant role.
Deep expertise across core CE modules:  Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service .
Strong understanding of business process design and solution architecture.
Hands-on experience with  Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI) .
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.
Microsoft Certifications such as  MB-210, MB-230, MB-240, PL-200, or PL-400  preferred.
