Role Summary
The Learning Content Developer is responsible for converting instructional design inputs into high-quality, scalable, and accessible learning content. The role focuses on execution excellence, graphic design quality, and technical readiness across enterprise learning platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Develop eLearning, multimedia, and video assets using  Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise)
Convert design packages into deployment-ready learning content
Apply enterprise templates, accessibility standards, and metadata
Perform quality checks and resolve SCORM, LMS, and PowerPoint issues
Manage content updates, uploads, and maintenance across LMS, SharePoint, and portals
Support localization and translation workflows
Maintain content libraries and reusable templates
Mandatory Requirements
Full-time graduate from an accredited university
3-6 years of experience in eLearning/multimedia development
Strong expertise in Articulate Storyline & Rise
Corporate graphic design experience (presentations, infographics, layouts)

Experience with LMS testing, SCORM troubleshooting
Strong English communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
Preferred Skills
Vyond or similar video tools
Generative AI exposure
SharePoint editing/development
Adobe Creative Cloud
Experience in a global corporate environment
