Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer, Invoice Management
Responsibilities
.Handling supplier invoices for delivered equipment
.Verifying invoice details against POs
.Entering them into the system, and coordinating any invoice resolution (discrepancies, approvals) with internal finance
.Ensuring suppliers get paid on time and issues are resolved.
.Track invoice payments and work with GCM's to resolve discrepancies
.For equipment in storage verify documents (receiving inspection, Pictures, BOL) and receive inventory in the system
.Work towards simplifying the process through continuous improvements
.Need to ensure the Standard Operating Procedures are put in place with the latest updates
.Need to have all Job aids, standard email response templates, training guides & other assisting materials in place to support the queries from business users

Minimum Qualifications

Working experience on Procurement Tools
.Exposure to Source to Pay cycle

Preferred Qualifications /Skills
.Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
.Customer Service Skills - Telephone / Email
.Basic Knowledge of Google Sheets (Smart Sheets)
.Basic understanding of Procurement Operations
.Good Keyboard Skills
.Experience in AP and Material Management
