Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Technical Service Desk Analyst to provide first-line technical support. This role involves assisting users in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring efficient resolution of incidents and service requests.
Requirements
Candidate Should have work experience in International Markets (US/UK/EU)
Respond to and resolve IT support tickets via phone or chat.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic networking issues
Escalate complex problems to second-level support teams
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Assist with user account setup, access, and other user related tasks.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an International Technical Voice process
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Work location:
Nanakramguda
Willingness to work in rotational shifts with rotational week-offs
One-way cab facility (drop only) will be provided
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
