About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, 'Player-Coach' Sales Lead to drive revenue across our diverse portfolio of IT products and services. This is a critical leadership role for someone who excels at selling complex technical solutions—ranging from custom application development and data services to SAP and proprietary software. You will be responsible for setting the sales standard, building scalable processes, and mentoring a high-performing team to exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive & Close:
Lead by example by maintaining a personal pipeline and stepping into high-stakes negotiations to help the team close complex deals.
• Process Design:
Build and refine end-to-end sales workflows, from initial prospecting and technical discovery to proposal drafting and closing.
• Mentorship &
Coaching:
Act as a hands-on mentor, conducting regular pitch rehearsals and 1-on-1s to help the team sharpen their sales craft and professional growth.
• Resolve Roadblocks:
Serve as the primary escalation point to help the team navigate technical objections, procurement hurdles, or stalled pipelines.
• Strategic Growth:
Collaborate with technical teams (SAP, Data, Dev) to translate complex capabilities into value-driven sales strategies.
What We're Looking For

Experience:
3+ years of proven success in selling IT services (e.g., SAP, Data Analytics, Custom Dev) and software products.
• Leadership Ability:
Natural leadership skills with the desire to manage a team and build a collaborative, high-output sales culture.
• Pipeline Expertise: A strong track record of building and managing a consistent pipeline of enterprise-level prospects.
• Strategic Thinker:
Ability to understand a client's business pain points and map them to our wide range of service offerings and products.
• Communication:
Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
