1. Purpose of the Role
Arcelor Mittal is looking for a  Senior System Engineer – Middleware  with  more than 7 years of experience , working in close collaboration with internal and external IT teams as well as application teams.
The role assumes responsibility for  middleware file transfer and messaging solutions , covering:
Messaging:  IBM MQ Series, Rabbit

MQ, Omegamon for MQ
File Transfer:  XFB Gateway, MFT / Globalscape, CFT, Secure Transport, Sentinel, OpenSSH
Monitoring:  ELK (Kibana)
Protocols:  MQ, MQTT, AMQP, FTP, SFTP, PESIT, AS2, etc.
The scope of responsibilities includes  Arcelor Mittal Flat Europe transversal applications and services  operating in  complex and critical environments .

Key Responsibilities
Install and maintain middleware components
Monitor systems and take proactive actions to ensure SLA compliance
Configure and set up middleware solutions based on application requirements
Investigate and resolve incidents, including short-term fixes and long-term corrective actions
Manage change and evolution requests, including new file transfer flows
Provide  24/7 on-call support  (weekly rotation) for in-scope middleware platforms

5. Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Master's degree is a plus
Experience
Minimum 7 years  of experience in IT infrastructure as a Technician
High-level knowledge and deep hands-on practice in one or more of the following:
IBM MQ Series
XFB Gateway
Globalscape
CFT
Secure Transport
SFTP / OpenSSH
Mandatory L3 experience  in large-scale file transfer and messaging solutions
Experience in  multi-environment (DEV, QA, PROD)  and  multi-platform (Windows, Linux, Unix, z/OS)  setups
Prior experience with  24/7 production support and on-call duty
