Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Project Manager, based in Bahrain. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various Finance and IT consultancy projects. Responsibilities include managing project timelines and budgets, coordinating cross-team communications, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring project deliverables meet agreed specifications. Additionally, the role involves identifying potential risks, proposing solutions, and fostering collaboration between stakeholders.

Qualifications
Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and risk management
Experience in Finance-IT solutions like ERP systems, Core Banking, and Financial MIS
Knowledge of Cybersecurity practices with the ability to implement robust security strategies
Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination abilities
Proficiency in technical tools and software relevant to Finance and IT consultancy
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, IT Management, or a related field
Prior experience in consultancy roles is a strong advantage
Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality results on time
