Educational

Qualification:

BE – Computer/Computer Science or equivalent from recognized university

Experience:

Minimum 5 years and Maximum 9 years of professional experience

Additional and Professional skills:
A graduate with 3-6 years of relevant experience in XHTML, HTML & open source software, managing web system performance by performing system monitoring and analysis, performance tuning, running system load/stress testing; escalating application problems to vendor.
Should be strong (Hands on experience) on PHP 5.
Should have worked on Content Management Systems like Joomla, Wordpress , Drupla etc and on databases like MSSQL, MySQL etc. Should have knowledge server operating systems like Windows & Linux.
Should be familiar with Security of web system by developing system access, monitoring, control policies; completing back-ups; maintaining documentation etc.
Should have experience in web site designing , development & management of multiple websites independently.
Should have good written & verbal communication skills & ready to work in shifts.

Job Description:

Creating design prototype, including graphic, site navigation and layout of content for all SVKM and NMIMS institutes
Ensure that the layout of the content is accessible and logical recommend improvements as required.
Creating visual concepts that matches the contents and images Schools/ Institute and should be easy to navigate
Build Websites using technologies that confirm to international standards and compliance.
Perform maintenance and updates to existing websites as per requests received.
Provide training on maintenance and updates procedure to School /College to required staff
Contribute to the overall development of the website communication group on progress.
Govern the third party contracts related to Website development and maintenance
Ensure completion of work as per timelines defined.
Interacting with In-charge Principals and Institutes assigned staff for documentation and implementation of any requirement.
Regular and dynamic update of all sites, proper maintenance and backup of websites
Pro-active interaction with all principals, Deans to enhance content and visibility of our sites in web search engine.
Monitoring of usage and maintenance of Hosted Web servers.
Any other responsibilities as may be assigned to you by the management from time to time.
