HIH - User Experience Design Senior Analyst

The Design Technologist role will explore the intersection of design, content, and code. In this role, you'll help shape and scale our design and content systems—leveraging design tokens, content tokens, and integrations with platforms like Contentful to enable cohesive, personalized, and context-aware experiences. You'll explore new automated workflows that streamline the delivery of end-to-end experiences, from design intent to production-ready code.

This role invites experimentation with UI personalization, agentic architectures, and intelligent systems that adapt to user needs.

Help to drive the evolution and visual language standards across a multi-brand enterprise design system.
Experience in creating micro-interactions,
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive and engaging user interfaces across various platforms, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
Investigate and propose ways to incorporate AI technologies to enhance user interactions, aiming to personalize and optimize the user journey.
Explore generative AI technologies to create on-brand, asset libraries for illustration, photography, and iconography that meets design system specifications.
Champion a data-drive, user-centered research and design approach to inform design decisions and validate solutions.
Design and define patterns through components, documentation, and prototypes.
Ensure patterns meet standards and guidelines for accessibility.
Help in creating documentation and training materials for design system adoption.
Collaborate to test components and patterns as needed to ensure usability and consistency.

Required Experience

3-5 years of experience
2+ years of experience in UX design, with exposure to design systems and emerging technologies.
Experience designing and shipping impactful experiences inclusive of design, strategy, and systems.
Expert in design tools like Figma, with a strong ability to translate high-fidelity designs into responsive, accessible (WCAG compliance), and pixel-perfect front-end implementations.
Proficient in front-end development technologies including HTML, CSS, Core Java, JavaScript, React (or similar frameworks), with hands-on experience building web and mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms.
Bridges the gap between design and engineering, collaborating closely with UX designers and developers to prototype, test, and deliver seamless user experiences.
