About This Job

This position requires expert knowledge in Oracle Fusion Middleware, Web Logic administration, installation and configuration, performance tuning, backup and recovery methods in multiple computing environments (Unix, Linux). Ideal candidate must be well versed in J2EE, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Data Integration, Web Services, API security, LDAP, XML, Access Management and Identity Management. – Configure and administer Oracle Fusion Middleware infrastructure components, including and not limited to, Web Logic Suite (WLS, Coherence, and Java SE), SOA Suite (Adapters, BPEL, BAM, Business Rules, OSB, and OWSM), and Oracle IAM Suite.

– Setting up and maintaining Middleware infrastructure in the Development, Test, – Staging and Production Environments. – Perform ongoing performance tuning, infrastructure upgrades and system resource optimization. – Provide Tier III/other support per project needs; investigate and troubleshoot issues; perform regular log analysis and security monitoring. – Liaisons with the Infrastructure team, Application team, Architecture team, ISP, third parties, as necessary.

– Unix knowledge with experience in writing shell scripts, creating cron jobs, installing FMW on Linux. – Create and guide application teams with Load Balancer, Farm request, and Firewall rule requests for all pre-production and production environments. – Assist in disaster recovery planning, testing and execution as needed. – Plan and implement MW upgrades and patches to stay current and on supported patch sets and versions.
