JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Good knowledge of the Appian product including BPM Fundamentals, Architecture Components, Technical Features such as Designer Features, Configurations in Appian.
Should have hands on experience in design and development in Appian BPM including components such as SAIL, Smart Services, Reports, Deployment.
Should have worked on agile based projects.
Participate in workshops/discussions with business and concerned IT stakeholders for Appian product awareness.
Modify existing programs to new standards and conduct unit testing of developed programs. Create migration packages for system testing, user testing, and implementation.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE &

QUALIFICATIONS:

Masters or bachelor's in engineering in IT/ Electronics / Communication / Computer Science / Information Systems.
2 to 3 years of experience with Appian 20.x, 19.x and above
Hands-on experience on Appian BPM platform primarily on Appian custom plugins, SAIL, CDT, Process, and Interface design

Experience with Task, Reports and Records
Database experience – SQL Server. Ability to write, understand, manage, and enhance Stored procedures.
Ability to debug issues in Interfaces and Process Models
Knowledge of Sites, complex SAIL Forms
Knowledge of at least one major programming language.
Problem Solver and ability to estimate and size Appian business requirements.
Quick learner
Good To Have:
Knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) or any other agile framework.
Maria

DB, Microservices, Docker based development/deployments, Exposure to CI/CD, Unix Internals and Hadoop.
Ability to lead a team of distributed engineers
