Your Day With Equisoft

Review specifications to ensure full understanding of deliverables
Understand and identify test requirements from specifications or verbal communications
Develop, document and maintain clear and concise functional test plans and test cases
Walkthrough test cases/scenarios with project BA/Client to receive the feedback and sign-off.
Execute and evaluate manual or automated test cases and report test results
Ensure deliverables meet specifications and requirements
Isolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixes
Liaison with development, project management, and customer on quality and project scope and deliverables
Identify any potential quality issues per defined process and communicate through appropriate channels
Participate in key ceremonies throughout the project lifecycle
Collaborate in an Agile environment along with a dynamic team composed of software developers, architects, and project managers
Take ownership of Quality at every stage of the delivery process

Requirements

Technical

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or Information Technology or College Diploma combined to 3 years of relevant experience
4+ years of experience in a similar position
Knowledge in OIPA application flow is an asset

Experience with Quality Assurance processes
Knowledge of relational databases and basic knowledge of DB queries
Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written)

Ability to communicate, write and synthesize information
Ability to multi-task in a rapid-paced environment
Team spirit, tact, diplomacy, autonomy, rigor, and discipline

Nice To Haves
