Develops, maintains and manages enterprise application standards and systems, including database, network and hosting solutions. Drives the development of detailed configuration parameters, custom extensions, workflow and integration solutions. Coordinates with technical / engineering teams to ensure solutions are designed to operate in highly available and reliable environments.

Responsibilities

Under direct supervision, learns to perform duties of Associate Enterprise Applications Analyst.
Assists in coding, testing, and debugging new software / applications or making enhancements to existing software / applications.
Writes programs according to specifications from higher-level staff.
Manages trouble ticket resolution for applications.
Offers limited application recommendations for defined business needs.
Creates documentation required on work product.
Learns new applications, system behavior and business processes as they relate to customer needs.

Experience with JIRA, GIT, Confluence, Jenkins, Team City Azure Dev Ops or Postman a plus

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
Minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Enterprise Applications.
Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
