Responsibilities

Support the full lifecycle of infrastructure from provisioning to decommissioning ensuring secure and compliant data handling
Assist with deployment, configuration, and upgrades of hosting platforms and related applications
Monitoring alerts and managing incidents and requests, and supporting on-premises infrastructure and applications, ensuring high availability
Assist with vulnerability assessments, patch management, and access control reviews
Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding incidents, changes, and scheduled maintenance
Follow security best practices and ensure compliance with company policies
Able to adapt quickly and adhere to standard procedures
Staying curious, always seeking to learn new technologies

Minimum Qualifications

Additional qualifications

Proven experience in infrastructure operations, with a focus on Broadcom/VMware ESXi and vCenter administration and storage management

Experience with operating systems administration (Windows Server OS platform)

Experience with Linux administration (Ubuntu, RHEL/ Rocky)
Familiarity with automation/scripting (e.g., Power Shell, Bash, Python)
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Cloud Formation) and configuration management tools (Ansible)
Exposure to automated patching tools (e.g. Azure Arc)
Experience working with Source Control Management Systems (Git Lab, Git Hub)
Strong knowledge of incident and problem management processes
