Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled ETL Developer with strong expertise in IBM Data Stage as the primary ETL tool. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and optimizing ETL workflows for large-scale data processing, along with solid SQL development skills. Exposure to Talend, or similar ETL tools will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes primarily using IBM Data Stage .
Understand business requirements and translate them into efficient data integration solutions.
Work with large datasets, ensuring data quality, performance tuning, and scalability .
Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions for data transformation and reporting.
Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business teams to deliver end-to-end data solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve ETL job failures, performance issues, and data discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and best practices in ETL development.
