Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy Development:
Create and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings, increase organic traffic, and boost conversion rates.
Keyword Research:
Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities and target keywords that align with business goals.
On-Page Optimization:
Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, images, and internal linking, to ensure it aligns with SEO best practices.
Content Strategy:
Collaborate with the content team to develop and optimize high-quality, SEO-friendly content that drives traffic and engages the audience.
Technical SEO:
Work closely with the development team to identify and fix technical SEO issues, such as site speed, crawl errors, and mobile optimization.
Link Building:
Develop and execute link-building strategies to increase domain authority and improve search rankings.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO software.
Competitor Analysis:
Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps in our SEO strategy and capitalize on new opportunities.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices, and implement changes as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful SEO projects.
Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with content management systems (CMS) like Word Press, and a basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
