Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant (6–10 Years)

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant with 6–10 years of expertise in developing, customizing, and supporting Oracle Fusion applications. The ideal candidate should have strong technical proficiency in BIP reports, data conversions, HDL, FBDI, and BICC, along with a good understanding of Fusion architecture and integration patterns.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver BI Publisher (BIP) reports, dashboards, and analytics as per business requirements.
Perform data conversions using HDL (HCM Data Loader), FBDI (File-Based Data Import), and other migration utilities.
Configure and maintain BICC (BI Cloud Connector) for data extraction and integrations with external systems.
Work closely with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Support integrations between Oracle Fusion and third-party applications (SOAP/REST APIs, OIC, etc.).
Experience in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and ORDS services
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to reports, conversions, and integrations.
Ensure all development aligns with Oracle best practices and adheres to security and compliance guidelines.
Provide knowledge transfer and mentoring to junior team members.

Required Skills & Experience

6–10 years of total IT experience, with at least 5+ years in Oracle Fusion Applications (ERP/HCM/Finance).
Strong hands-on expertise in BI Publisher (BIP) reports development.
Proficiency in HDL, FBDI templates, and data migration processes.
Solid experience with BICC for extracting data from Fusion.
Strong experience in SQL, PL/SQL, OTBI, and XML for report development.

Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Web Services (SOAP/REST), and security setups is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with business and functional stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Oracle Fusion Cloud Certification (HCM/ERP/Technical).
Prior experience in end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations.
