The Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Dev Ops Engineer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a foundational understanding of Dev Ops practices and cloud infrastructure to gain hands-on experience and grow their career. You'll support the automation, deployment, and monitoring of our systems, working closely with senior Dev Ops engineers and developers.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
Support the configuration, deployment, and monitoring of cloud-based infrastructure.
Help manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestration tools.
Participate in troubleshooting issues across development, test, and production environments. Monitor system performance and assist in responding to alerts and incidents.
Contribute to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or AWS Cloud Formation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve deployment processes and system reliability. Document processes, configurations, and procedures.

Required Skills And Qualifications

0–2 years of experience in a Dev Ops, System Administration, or related role.
Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure or GCP also welcome).
Exposure to CI/CD tools (e.g., Git Hub Actions, Jenkins, Git Lab CI/CD).
Familiarity with Linux-based systems and basic shell scripting.
Understanding of version control (e.g., Git). Knowledge of containers (Docker) and an interest in learning orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
Strong desire to learn and grow in the Dev Ops field. Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or any entry-level cloud certification.
Exposure to Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (e.g., Cloud Watch, Grafana, ELK stack).
