Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Manage Engine Administrator to oversee the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the Manage Engine application suite at our client's Hyderabad location. The role involves managing system configurations, troubleshooting issues, ensuring security compliance, and supporting end users.

Key Responsibilities

Administer, configure, and maintain the Manage Engine application for optimal performance.

Perform installation, upgrades, and patch management for the application.

Monitor system health, logs, and performance to ensure smooth operations.

Implement and maintain user access controls, security policies, and compliance requirements.

Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime.

Generate reports and dashboards for IT operations and management teams.

Work with stakeholders to optimize application usage and integrate with other IT tools.

Provide support and training to end-users as required.

Maintain proper documentation for configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
