A Brief Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, Salesforce Delivery & Architecture to lead and inspire a high-performing impact team of Salesforce Administrators, Business Analysts, Developers, and Solution Architects. This pivotal leadership role will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of scalable, secure, and high-impact Salesforce solutions that empower our Go-To-Market (GTM), Service, and Revenue Operations organizations. As a strategic technology leader, you will shape platform vision, drive roadmap execution, and foster a culture of innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Working in close partnership with executive stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams, you will translate complex business objectives into transformative Salesforce capabilities—ensuring the organization remains agile, data-informed, and future-ready.

What You Will Do

Leadership & Team Development
Lead, coach, and scale a multidisciplinary Salesforce team, promoting accountability, innovation, and technical excellence.
Define and track OKRs and KPIs to drive high performance and professional growth.
Champion continuous learning and certification, ensuring the team evolves with platform capabilities and strategic business needs.
Strategic Delivery & Architecture
Co-own and execute the Salesforce delivery roadmap in partnership with peer leaders, spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, and integrated marketing and analytics solutions.
Serve as a domain lead for specific platform areas while contributing to a unified, scalable architecture and coordinated delivery strategy across the Salesforce portfolio.
Ensure solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification through Agile and hybrid methodologies.
Promote best practices in Dev Ops, test automation, scalable design, and change management.
CRM Platform Oversight
Oversee configuration, customization, and administration of the Salesforce platform to ensure it aligns with business processes, enhances user productivity, and supports enterprise goals.
Guide business analysis efforts to identify opportunities for process automation, efficiency, and digital optimization within the CRM ecosystem.
Lead integration strategy and execution to ensure data integrity, seamless system interoperability, and enterprise scalability.
Enforce governance policies, security protocols, and compliance standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR, CCPA) to maintain a secure and audit-ready platform.
Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as a trusted technology advisor to business and executive stakeholders, translating strategic vision into actionable, technical solutions.
Collaborate with Program and Project Management leadership to align delivery cadence, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder communications.
Operational Excellence
Drive continuous improvement and platform evolution aligned with business growth, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
Monitor platform KPIs to identify areas for performance optimization, enhanced usability, and increased business value.
Performs other duties as assigned

Education Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
Master's Degree especially for candidates who bring a strong blend of technical depth and strategic business insight. preferred
