Managing Consultant

Global Data's Industrials Custom Solutions group is integral to the success of Global Data by enabling our clients to gain greater insight and value from data analysis and customized research. The team engages with senior business leaders to help them to find solutions to the challenges and opportunities impacting on their organization. We offer range of services but not limited to market sizing, competitive intelligence, benchmarking, M&A, due diligence support and so on.
We are currently recruiting Managing Consultants who have an interest and expertise in delivering projects for global customers across Construction, Oil & Gas, Automotive, Renewable Energy, Metal and Mining. Focusing on critical business intelligence, researching and analyzing how the market dynamics are changing and help clients to take accurate decision based on actionable intelligence.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:
Partner with the client and senior leaders of the team to understand the strategic choices/ problem areas
Work with a team of Consultants and Senior Consultants in delivering the project on end-to-end basis with limited supervision from the Principal Consultants
Analyze the data gathered, create business forecast models to predict the future business trends
Develop high-quality reports in alignment with the client requirement
To deliver projects successfully to clients on time and adhering within the scope and the budget. As a team lead, you are responsible for initiating, planning, and executing projects through constant tracking, predicting, and mitigating risks
You will have to work in close coordination with subordinate teams and senior management level at a client and within Global Data

What you will do
Be a trusted partner to clients and subject matter expert within the team
While engaging with clients, work with leadership teams and stakeholders to define the scope, define project execution plan and gain agreement on key deliverables and timelines
Think out of the box, to create long-term, end-to-end perspective, and demonstrate ability to deliver high quality reports
As a leader in the consulting team, autonomously drive projects independently and deliver end-to-end solutions to client
Should be able to develop well-articulated recommendations and communicate them effectively with client
Support sales and BD team by contributing to project feasibility assessments, effort estimations and proposal development

Skills expected from the candidate
Expert Project Managements skills to deliver end-to-end project
Capability to lead the team of Consultants and Senior Consultants and
Ability to establish strong client relationship
Ability to work well in a team
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Expert in PowePoint and advanced Excel
Data mining through company filings, presentations, industry statistics, government documents, and interpretation of macro-economic trends
In-depth understanding of the Industrial Sectors such as Construction, Energy, Mining, and Automotive and minimum 8 to 10 year experience of delivering Industrial Consulting projects.
