Role Overview
Seeking a motivated Data Analyst with strong SQL skills and a problem-solving mindset to support data-driven decision-making. The role involves working with large datasets, generating insights, and communicating findings clearly to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

● Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data from multiple sources.

● Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.

● Define metrics, KPIs, and data frameworks to support business and product decisions.

● Build scalable dashboards, reporting solutions and ad-hocs for leadership and business teams.

● Use Python (basic to intermediate) for data analysis, automation, and validation.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver insights.

● Ensure data accuracy through quality checks and validation processes.

● Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

● Support ongoing analytics initiatives and continuously improve existing reporting processes.

● Communicate insights clearly through presentations, storytelling, and executive-ready summaries.

Required Skills & Experience

● 2–3 years of experience in analytics or a related role.

● Strong proficiency in SQL.

● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

● Basic to intermediate Python knowledge (pandas, Num Py).

● Experience with BI or reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).

● Basic understanding of statistics.

● Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
