AI QA Engineer

Test Zeus is pioneering the next generation of AI-powered QA tools. We are seeking an AI QA Engineer with strong expertise in Salesforce QA and a passion for prompt engineering. This role is not traditional manual or automation QA. Instead, you will focus on designing, testing, and optimizing QA prompts that drive AI agents to validate Salesforce and customer applications.

You will play a key role in ensuring that Test Zeus’ self-serve AI QA platform delivers accurate, reliable, and human-like test outcomes for enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

Prompt Engineering for QA Tools

Write, refine, and validate  AI QA prompts  for Salesforce and customer applications.
Transform functional and regression test cases into  AI-driven prompt workflows .
Ensure prompts cover  end-to-end Salesforce use cases  (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud, and custom apps).
Optimize prompts to improve  accuracy, coverage, and defect reproducibility .

Salesforce QA & AI Validation
Design  prompt-based test scripts  for integrations, APIs, and customizations in Salesforce.
Execute AI-driven test cases, analyze outcomes, and fine-tune prompts for  edge cases .
Validate Test Zeus AI agents against  real-world Salesforce implementations .
Collaboration & Product Impact
Work closely with AI/ML engineers to align QA prompts with agent behavior.
Partner with product teams to  embed AI QA flows  into the Test Zeus platform.
Collaborate with customer-facing teams to address  common QA scenarios  faced in Salesforce projects.

Continuous Innovation
Stay updated with Salesforce platform updates and new features.
Explore and propose  new QA methodologies using AI and prompt engineering .
Contribute to a  prompt library  that becomes the backbone of Test Zeus’ AI QA system.

Required

Skills & Qualifications
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Experience
3+ years in  Salesforce QA  (functional/system/regression testing).

Experience with  QA automation tools  and interest in  AI-driven QA frameworks .
Exposure to  prompt engineering  or AI-based test tools (preferred).
Skills
Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem and testing practices.
Ability to  design high-quality prompts  that simulate real tester behavior.
Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication for  writing clear prompts, defects, and test documentation .
Bonus Skills

Salesforce Administrator/App Builder certification.
Hands-on experience with  AI/ML-based testing tools .
Familiarity with Python, Playwright, Selenium, or API testing frameworks.
