Sharepoint developer and Administrator

Location: Prakāshamnagar

We are looking for a  SharePoint Developer & Administrator for our client,  a multi-national Industrial construction and engineering services company.
The role involves designing, customizing, administering, and supporting SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solutions, along with automation using Power Automate and integration with Copilot and related tools.

This position requires a strong balance of  development capability, governance, and operational support  in an enterprise environment.

Working arrangement:  Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint Online sites, pages, lists, document libraries, and workflows.
Build and support solutions using  SPFx, Power Automate, and Power Apps  (where applicable).
Administer SharePoint environments including permissions, site collections, governance, security, and lifecycle management.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint performance, workflows, permissions, and integrations.
Support deployment and optimization of  Microsoft Copilot  and other Microsoft 365 automation tools.
Manage user provisioning and role-based access across SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and integrated platforms.
Perform documentation, change management, and support internal audits and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable SharePoint solutions aligned with business needs.

Required

Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
5+ years of proven experience in  SharePoint Online development and administration .
Strong hands-on knowledge of  SPFx, Power Automate, Power Apps , and SharePoint customization.
Experience managing SharePoint permissions, governance models, and security controls.
Solid understanding of the  Microsoft 365 ecosystem , including Teams, Copilot, One Drive, and Power BI.
Familiarity with RBAC, user provisioning, and enterprise IT environments.
Good communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
