Indutech - Appian Lead Developer

Location: Tonk

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop end-to-end Appian solutions, including :
Process Models, Records, Interfaces (SAIL), Rules, Sites, Reports, Web APIs, Integrations, AI Skills, Document Extraction, and Appian RPA.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into Appian-based solutions.
Perform unit testing and integration testing, ensuring technical issues are resolved and functionality is stable.
Integrate Appian with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
Ensure that all development adheres to Appian best practices, design standards, and the organization's coding guidelines.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the team.
Create and maintain technical documentation for development processes and solutions.
Provide support for production deployments, troubleshooting performance issues, and resolving user-reported problems.

Required

Skills & Qualifications

3-6 years of hands-on experience in Appian development.
Strong expertise in building and managing Process Models, Data Fabric, Interfaces (SAIL), Records & Reports within the Appian environment.
In-depth knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, Postgre

SQL, and MySQL.
Solid understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) principles, the Appian architecture, and the application lifecycle.
Proven experience integrating RESTful web services, JSON, XML, and API-based integrations with third-party systems.
Strong problem-solving skills with experience in unit and integration testing, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
