Scrum Master

Location: Prakāshamnagar

Roles & Responsibilities    Act as a  Scrum Master  within a  Scaled Agile (SAFe)  framework, facilitating ceremonies such as:
PI Planning ,  Scrum of Scrums
Sprint Planning ,  Daily Stand-ups
Sprint Reviews ,  Inspect & Adapt sessions
Guide Agile teams,  Product Owners , and cross-functional collaborators toward  self-organization ,  collaboration , and  high-performance delivery
Coach Agile Release Train (ART) teams on:
SAFe best practices
Lean-Agile principles
Agile mindset adoption
Facilitate  Program Increment (PI) Planning  and  ART synchronization , resolving dependencies and mitigating risks
Remove  organizational and technical impediments  to enable faster, quality-focused delivery
Foster  continuous improvement , driving execution of  retrospective action items
Assist with  backlog management , helping Product Owners prioritize effectively
Build a culture of  clarity ,  psychological safety , and  team accountability
Support  Lean Portfolio Management (LPM)  and align Agile execution with strategic initiatives
Track and report  Agile metrics  (Velocity, Flow Efficiency, Lead Time, Predictability) to monitor performance
Collaborate with  RTEs ,  Solution Architects , and  Dev Ops teams  for seamless Agile execution
Promote  Dev Ops  and  CI/CD  adoption for Lean-Agile excellence
Continuously improve Agile practices by staying current with  SAFe and Agile trends
What We Expect of You     Master's degree  with  1–3 years  of experience in IT/CS OR
Bachelor's degree  with  3–5 years  of experience OR
Diploma  with  7–9 years  of experience
Basic Qualifications     SAFe Certifications :
Scrum Master (SSM)
Advanced Scrum Master (SASM)
or  Release Train Engineer (RTE)
Proven experience as a  Scrum Master  in  Agile/SAFe environments
Deep understanding of:
SAFe principles
Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
Agile coaching and team enablement
Expertise in SAFe ceremonies and iteration management
Knowledge of Agile methodologies:  Scrum, Kanban, XP, SAFe
Skilled in tools like  JIRA ,  Rally ,  Azure Dev Ops ,  Confluence ,  Miro
Familiar with  Lean Portfolio Management , Agile metrics, and value stream optimization
Strong communication and conflict-resolution abilities
Understanding of  Dev Ops ,  CI/CD pipelines ,  Test Automation , and  Agile QA
Proven ability to  remove blockers  and drive  team performance

Preferred Qualifications    Domain experience in  Biotech/Pharma
Additional certifications like  CSM ,  PSM ,  SAFe Agilist (SA)
Experience in  SAFe implementation  and  enterprise Agile transformations
Familiarity with  Value Stream Mapping ,  Lean Thinking , and  OKRs
