Organizational Effectiveness Mgr - Scrum Master HR Product Teams

Position: IS Organizational Effectiveness Mgr - Scrum Master HR Product Teams
Location: Prakāshamnagar

Lead and manage agile product delivery, promoting Agile values and SAFe framework practices.
Facilitate agile events: stand-ups, sprint/PI planning, reviews, retrospectives, demos, backlog refinement.
Advise on SAFe events such as PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Product Owners to align strategy and execution.
Support scrum teams to accelerate delivery focused on business outcomes and scrum maturity.
Identify and manage risks and dependencies across teams promptly.
Coordinate with support teams for timely issue resolution post-release.
Foster continuous improvement culture via retrospectives and innovation encouragement.
Monitor and report team progress ensuring transparency and alignment with objectives.
Requires experience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Jira Align) and strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
Dev Ops knowledge, workshop facilitation, SAFe certification, and HR domain experience.
Strong people skills, multitasking ability, collaboration, and team goal focus essential.
