Scrum Master

Location: Prakāshamnagar

We are seeking a  Scrum Master  to act as a servant leader, driving  Agile  execution and continuous improvement within  Scaled Agile (SAFe)  environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in  SAFe , Agile coaching, and cross-team collaboration. This role is responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, coaching teams, and enabling  Agile Release Trains (ARTs)  to deliver high-value solutions efficiently and in alignment with Lean-Agile principles.

Roles & Responsibilities     Agile Facilitation:  Act as a Scrum Master within a  SAFe  environment, facilitating ceremonies like  PI Planning , Scrum of Scrums, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Sprint Reviews.
Team

Coaching:

Guide and support Agile teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders, fostering self-organization, collaboration, and high-performance delivery. You will coach teams on  SAFe  best practices and the Agile mindset.
Impediment Removal:  Remove organizational and technical impediments to enable teams to deliver value faster and with higher quality.
Continuous Improvement:  Promote continuous improvement and relentless execution by guiding teams in identifying and implementing retrospective action items.
Backlog Management:  Assist Product Owners and Business Owners with effective backlog management, prioritization, and value-driven decision-making.
SAFe & Dev Ops:  Drive  SAFe Lean Portfolio Management  practices and collaborate with  RTEs  and  Dev Ops  teams to optimize delivery pipelines. You will also promote  CI/CD  adoption and Lean-Agile technical excellence.
Technical Skills    Extensive experience as a  Scrum Master  in  Agile  and  SAFe  environments.
Deep understanding of  SAFe  principles,  Agile Release Trains (ARTs) , and Lean-Agile frameworks.
Hands-on experience with  SAFe Agile  ceremonies,  PI Planning , Scrum of Scrums, and Inspect & Adapt.
Proficiency in Agile project management tools ( JIRA, Rally, Azure Dev Ops, Confluence ).

Experience with  Lean Portfolio Management (LPM)  and Lean-Agile metrics (Velocity, Flow Efficiency, Lead Time).
Understanding of  Dev Ops, CI/CD , Test Automation, and Agile Quality Assurance.
Additional certifications in  CSM  or  PSM  are a plus.
Qualifications    A Doctorate degree with relevant experience, a Master's degree with extensive experience, or a Bachelor's degree with a substantial background in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
A  SAFe Certified Scrum Master (SSM) ,  SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) , or  SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE)  certification is required.
Experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
