DevOps & CI​/CD Engineer

Location: Prakāshamnagar

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain & upgrade CI/CD implementations and automation

• Help remove technical blockers and provide technical guidance to team members on Dev Ops implementations

• Provide guidance to Architects and/or Product Development Teams

• Work with the Azure Landing Zone architects to design new features

• Participate in all SCRUM ceremonies and implement new requirements from the backlog

• Consolidate & continuously update documentation/wiki & how-to guides

Qualifications
The candidate is expected to have the following technical skills and experience:

• 5+ years' experience engineering/operating IT Infrastructure solutions in Microsoft Azure

• Hands-on experience implementing CI/CD strategies in Azure Dev Ops

• Hands-on experience in implementing and managing Microsoft Azure infrastructure & governance (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).

• Strong experience in provisioning, configuring, and deploying Azure infrastructure, Azure policies, creating CI/CD pipelines, release management and IaC with Terraform

• Expert level knowledge of Azure Cloud including the following:
◦ Cloud networking knowledge covering macro and micro-segmentation, Virtual Networks/VPCs, sub-netting, route tables, VPN, Express Route/Direct Connect, Express Route, IPsec, Load Balancing.
◦ Network services knowledge: DHCP, DNS, AWS Route
53/ Azure Private DNS Zones, NTP, Azure Traffic Manager
◦ Strong, working knowledge of Configuration and Infrastructure as Code concepts
◦ Authentication, Directory Services, LDAP and IAM:
Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Azure Active Directory, Certificate Services, PKI, Single Sign-On, AWS IAM.
◦ Cloud storage knowledge covering Azure Storage Accounts, Azure Blobs, Azure Files
◦ Cloud serverless infrastructure with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure Web Apps
◦ Cloud messaging knowledge covering Azure Notification Hub, Azure Event Grid, Azure Service Bus, Azure Event Hub, IoT Hub

• Knowledge of tools:
Github Actions, JIRA, Confluence, Sharepoint

• Expert knowledge of Docker and Container services; with specific experience with Docker Compose, and Docker file to build and manage container images.

• Familiar with non-functional requirements – Logs, Backup, DRP, Resilient Design

• Have a service-oriented attitude (flexible, personable, and approachable)

• Knowledge of agile development practices (SCRUM, SAFe)

• Nice to have:
Certified Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104, AZ-700, AZ-305)
