We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud General Ledger (GL) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Cloud GL modules. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Subledger Accounting (SLA), Intercompany processes, Localization, and Financial Reporting , with hands-on involvement in end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP implementations . Exposure to Oracle Fixed Assets is preferred but optional.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Oracle Cloud GL module implementation including:
Legal Entity (LE) Structure
Primary/Secondary Ledgers
Adjustments, Allocations, Accruals, and Revaluations
Drive fit-gap analysis, to-be process design , and CRPs in collaboration with stakeholders
Configure Chart of Accounts , financial reporting , and localization features
Design and support GL integrations with third-party systems
Conduct and facilitate client workshops, demos , and training sessions
Lead data conversions , functional testing , UAT , and cutover activities
Collaborate with offshore/onsite functional and technical teams for delivery excellence
Provide functional support and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
(Optional) Provide support and guidance on Oracle Fixed Assets and SLA configuration

Optional Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory):
Oracle Cloud Fixed Assets
Oracle Cloud Taxation and Compliance processes
Experience in multi-country or multi-ledger implementation scenarios
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
4–9 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud GL implementations
Strong understanding of core finance operations and ERP best practices
Proven track record of client-facing roles , including workshop facilitation
Ability to work independently and in a global delivery model
